3D PRINTING

3D printing is a very general term for a wide variety of additive manufacturing processes.

There are basically three basic processes in the plastics sector:

Resin systems - SLA, DLP

Powder systems - SLS

filament systems  - FFF, FDM

At MAKRA PRO we have concentrated on two of these processes in order to be able to offer the multitude of technical areas of application and the inexpensive production of components.

From elastic to mechanically and thermally strong, we supply not only individual test components but also small series, for which expensive molds with long waiting times are not worthwhile.

Whether metallized, painted, polished or just a functional finish. We offer the flexibility for your progress.

SLA 3D PRINTING

In the SLA process, homogeneous and closed surfaces and material structures can be achieved. Very good mechanical and thermal properties as well as very high level of detail accuracy are further advantages of additive manufacturing with resin systems.

We have been working with Formlabs equipment and materials since 2018. Eight systems are available for your SLA prints. This means that we are able to present pre-series and small series without any problems.

FFF 3D PRINT

The most common AM method on the market is very often underestimated in its possibilities.

However, through targeted pressure development, outstanding results in surface and layer fusion can be achieved in terms of geometry, material and mechanical and thermal component requirements.

By using a wide variety of filling structures, very light and yet highly resilient components can be generated.

With a maximum installation space of 600mm x 600mm x 600mm, not only solid mold halves but also very large and yet thin-walled components can be manufactured.

YOUR 3D PRINT OFFER IN 2 STEPS

STEP 1

3D PRINT REQUEST  - VERIFICATION OF THE DATA - MATERIAL & FINISH

STEP 2

PRINT OPTIMIZATION - GET QUOTE - PRINT APPROVAL

Contact us to find out how we can help you with 3D printing.

For the security of your data we can enter into a non-disclosure agreement. The data transfer can then take place via email or storage on our FTP server.

Let us know the target properties of the material. We then select the optimal materials from our library and advise you on the properties.

Finally, let us know how you plan to finish your printed part.

Whether metallized, painted, polished or just a functional finish.

We will check your data and contact you for our evaluation. In order to achieve the best result, we may make suggestions for geometry and pressure optimization.

After this fine-tuning, we will send you our detailed offer within one working day.

Now it's up to you. Say YES to 3D printing and give us the print approval.

Experience high-quality products inexpensively and quickly.
