Metallisches 3D-Druckmaterial aus Kupfer für funktionale Bauteile von MAKRA PRO

Metal

Metallic printing enables the production of components from materials such as copper, bronze, stainless steel, or other metal-containing materials. This process first creates a so-called "green part," which is then compacted in a subsequent sintering process. Through this manufacturing step, the component acquires its final mechanical properties and the characteristic material features of the respective metal.

Typical applications include industry, prototype construction, and functional components with special requirements for strength, temperature resistance, or electrical conductivity. Metallic components are used for, among other things, technical components, functional samples, and individual special solutions.

Metallic printing is based on special metal-filled materials for the FFF process. After sintering, components with the properties of classic metallic materials are created, opening up new possibilities for the economical production of complex geometries.
