An order from BROSE at the 2017 IAA got the ball rolling: While still operating as a saddler, Matthias founded MAKRA PRO – driven by his passion for innovative manufacturing. With ten of his own 3D printers, he ventured into self-employment. Since 2019, he has been the full-time managing director and source of ideas.
His focus is on the technical evaluation of inquiries, process design, and product development. He is particularly drawn to the impossible – whether it's luxury armrests for tractors or high-tech parts for medical technology. For him, it's clear: 3D printing is the future.

Since January 2024, Daniel has been COO and is responsible for operational and commercial management at MAKRA PRO – from quotation preparation to customer service. He ensures smooth processes in sales, project management, and personnel planning.
With over 15 years of experience in innovation management, he brings expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. His focus: efficient processes, professional communication, and sustainable customer satisfaction.

Julian drives the company's further development at MAKRA PRO. His strength lies in his combination of strategic thinking and practical implementation skills. Whether it's new manufacturing capabilities, collaborations, or the development of new structures, Julian ensures that potential projects are turned into reality.

Precision begins with a clear idea.

Tobias brings his experience from the automotive industry to development and design at MAKRA PRO. After training as a stress mechanic and further education as a mechanical engineer, he worked for several years as a project engineer.
What fascinates him about 3D printing is its dynamic nature – short paths, direct decisions, and the ability to instantly transform ideas into tangible results. At MAKRA PRO, this leads to precise components and innovative solutions.

From studies to story – and directly into marketing.

Ilayda is studying naturopathy – and is also passionate about creative digital topics. At MAKRA PRO, she is responsible for the website, social media, and technical marketing. Her curiosity and enthusiasm for learning make her the perfect addition to the company's digital presence. Still new to the world of marketing, she's already an integral part of the team.

Technology that runs – processes that think ahead.

As a trained electronics technician for energy and building technology, Gabriel brings extensive expertise and a strong technical understanding to our production. His responsibilities include starting and monitoring our printing systems, processing components, as well as repairs and maintenance on the equipment. He also supports optimizations in production processes and thus significantly contributes to high process reliability.

Organization means keeping track of even complex processes.

As assistant to the management at MAKRA PRO, Ute supports the commercial department, bringing diverse experience from quality management, mechanical engineering, and facility management. With her structured approach, quality awareness, and eye for the essential, she ensures that processes function reliably and people work together efficiently.

Felix verstärkt bei MAKRA PRO das Marketing und kümmert sich schwerpunktmäßig um unsere Marke ReeKOV. Mit seiner kaufmännischen Ausbildung und seiner Leidenschaft für Marketing begleitet er die Marke von operativen Aufgaben über E-Commerce bis hin zu verschiedenen Marketingthemen. Besonders schätzt er dabei die Abwechslung, neue Herausforderungen und die Möglichkeit, die Entwicklung von ReeKOV aktiv mitzugestalten.

Aus einzelnen Bauteilen entsteht erst durch präzise Handarbeit ein fertiges Produkt.

Christine unterstützt bei MAKRA PRO die Produktion und begleitet unsere Bauteile von der Vorbereitung über die Nacharbeit bis hin zur Fertigstellung. Besonders schätzt sie die abwechslungsreichen Projekte, das handwerkliche Arbeiten und die Möglichkeit, mitzuerleben, wie aus einzelnen Teilen Schritt für Schritt ein fertiges Produkt entsteht. Mit ihrer sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise trägt sie dazu bei, dass unsere Bauteile zuverlässig für den nächsten Schritt vorbereitet und fertiggestellt werden.
