An order from BROSE at the 2017 IAA got the ball rolling: While still operating as a saddler, Matthias founded MAKRA PRO – driven by his passion for innovative manufacturing. With ten of his own 3D printers, he ventured into self-employment. Since 2019, he has been the full-time managing director and source of ideas.
His focus is on the technical evaluation of inquiries, process design, and product development. He is particularly drawn to the impossible – whether it's luxury armrests for tractors or high-tech parts for medical technology. For him, it's clear: 3D printing is the future.

Since January 2024, Daniel has been COO and is responsible for operational and commercial management at MAKRA PRO – from quotation preparation to customer service. He ensures smooth processes in sales, project management, and personnel planning.
With over 15 years of experience in innovation management, he brings expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. His focus: efficient processes, professional communication, and sustainable customer satisfaction.

Julian drives the company's further development at MAKRA PRO. His strength lies in his combination of strategic thinking and practical implementation skills. Whether it's new manufacturing capabilities, collaborations, or the development of new structures, Julian ensures that potential projects are turned into reality.

Tobias Bayer
Präzision beginnt mit einer klaren Idee.
Tobias bringt bei MAKRA PRO seine Erfahrung aus der Automobilindustrie in die Entwicklung und Konstruktion ein. Nach seiner Ausbildung zum Spannungsmechaniker und der Weiterbildung zum Maschinenbautechniker war er mehrere Jahre als Projektingenieur tätig.
Am 3D-Druck fasziniert ihn die Dynamik – kurze Wege, direkte Entscheidungen und die Möglichkeit, Ideen sofort in greifbare Ergebnisse zu verwandeln. Bei MAKRA PRO entstehen daraus präzise Bauteile und innovative Lösungen.

Ilayda Bulutbas
From studies to story – and directly into marketing.
Ilayda is studying naturopathy – and is also passionate about creative digital topics. At MAKRA PRO, she is responsible for the website, social media, and technical marketing. Her curiosity and enthusiasm for learning make her the perfect addition to the company's digital presence. Still new to the world of marketing, she's already an integral part of the team.

Gabriel Dill

Als ausgebildeter Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik bringt Gabriel fundiertes Fachwissen und ein starkes technisches Verständnis in unsere Produktion ein. Zu seinen Aufgaben zählen das Starten und Überwachen unserer Drucksysteme, die Bearbeitung von Bauteilen sowie Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten an den Anlagen. Zudem unterstützt er bei Optimierungen in den Produktionsabläufen und trägt so maßgeblich zur hohen Prozesssicherheit bei.
